1. What advantages do you see in hybrid working?

„Hybrid work reflects the modern reality of life: for employees, it offers the possibility of a free weekly schedule as well as a reduction in commuting times. Hybrid working allows employees to continue to come together and maintain a work option at the company location."

2. Wie haben Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter bei der Einführung Mobiler Arbeit geführt & unterstützt?

„ROLAND provides technical support to its employees to make them mobile work ready. In addition, we provide support at the team level together with the managers. In this way, we ensure cooperation on mobile work. Targeted training for the workforce provides the necessary skills. " 

3. What development do you expect in Germany concerning hybrid working?

„Through COVID, the learning curve for companies is quite high regarding remote work. I think that after COVID, hybrid work models will be used permanently at many companies. Hybrid work models allow you to combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with the benefits of mobile work. " 

4. What surprised you most about implementing mobile work?

„ROLAND collaborates very efficiently in the home office. The work model provides fewer distractions and more focused work. Moreover, it's remarkable how quickly you can use digital tools to organize work and even conduct high-quality creative workshops. " 

5. Wie lauten Ihre persönlichen Tipps & Tricks für erfolgreiche Arbeit im Homeoffice?

„Take advantage of lunch breaks and consciously mark this time in your calendar, e.g. arrange lunch with friends or family. Also, schedule gym breaks and get out in the fresh air to exercise. "
